Hunting tasks, reputation ranks and Grandmaster bonuses.

Join Grizzly Adams' hunters, choose one active hunting task, kill the required monsters and return with your report. Every completed task grants reputation. Higher reputation unlocks trading privileges, special scrolls and the Grandmaster Hunter bonus.

How the Task System Works

Starting a task

Talk to Grizzly Adams and join his hunters.
Ask for tasks and choose easy, medium or hard.
You may have only one active task at a time.
Kill 500 monsters of the selected type.
Return to Grizzly Adams and say report to receive reputation.

Task rules

Easy task: +5 reputation.
Medium task: +10 reputation.
Hard task: +15 reputation.
Completed tasks are locked for the current task cycle until you use a refresh.
You may cancel an active task, but its kill counter is lost and no reputation is awarded.

0-99	No Rank	Task system available after joining. Grizzly trade remains locked.
100-199	Apprentice Hunter	Unlocks selling hunting trophies and creature products to Grizzly Adams.
200-299	Veteran Hunter	Keeps trophy selling and unlocks the special scroll shop.
300+	Grandmaster Hunter	Veteran trade privileges plus +5% EXP from the monster in your current active task.

Grandmaster Hunter: +5% Task EXP

+5%

At 300 or more reputation, the Grandmaster bonus applies only while you have an active Grizzly Adams task and only when you kill the exact monster assigned to that task.

The bonus is applied to the final normal EXP after the server's standard EXP modifiers. Example: if a Dragon gives your character 700 EXP, an active Dragon task at Grandmaster rank gives 735 EXP.

Killing a different monster while your active task is Dragon gives normal EXP with no Grizzly bonus.
